My passion for images began with a job in picture research 18 years ago, unearthing treasures from the British Library for a book about imaginary places. In that time my experience has spanned editorial, book cover and multi-media research for publishers, photographic libraries and museum designers. After training in practical photography at City of Westminster college, I became freelance and in 2002 set up a picture research and photography business. I have developed a portfolio of location, event and portrait photography as well as fine art images for prints and book covers. My photographic style is heavily influenced by my work as an editorial picture researcher, I look for the narrative and genuine moment and like to shoot in a candid style using natural light wherever possible.
Whatever the project, I am passionate about assisting clients in their search for imaginative, unique and engaging images.
